Ingredients

1 banana

2 Romaine leaves, rinsed

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 tablespoon Flax Seed Oil or Coconut Oil (optional)

Protein Powder (optional)

6-8 oz of water (depending on how thick you like your shake)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in blender and blend.  Pour into glass.  Serve chilled.

Notes

Try using a frozen banana to serve cold immediately.
